Help your child build real skills for life after school through Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
As parents ourselves, we know how much you want your child to feel confident, capable, and prepared for what comes next. That's exactly what Pre-ETS is designed to do β give your child real, hands-on practice exploring careers, building workplace skills, and learning to speak up for what they need, all in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment.
π There is no cost to your family. Pre-ETS is provided free of charge to eligible students through our partnership with your child's school.
Exploring careers β your child will discover interests and strengths that could point toward a future job or career path.
Trying real work β hands-on, supported opportunities to practice real workplace tasks and routines, not just talk about them.
Building workplace skills β communication, self-regulation, and independent living skills that carry over into everyday life.
Speaking up for themselves β learning to understand and confidently communicate their own needs and accommodations.
Planning what's next β learning about college, vocational training, and other paths available after high school.
We're parents too. Seasons 4 Growth was founded by a Ph.D. researcher and a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who are also parents raising children with disabilities β we understand this journey firsthand.
Neurodiversity-affirming. We meet your child where they are and build on their strengths, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Individualized. Every child's plan is built around their own goals, communication style, and interests.
Family-centered. We keep you informed and involved every step of the way.
Is your child eligible? Your child may qualify if they are ages 14β22, enrolled in school, and have an IEP or 504 plan. Ask your child's school about Pre-ETS through Seasons 4 Growth, or reach out to us directly β we're happy to answer your questions.
